Healthy smiles start with great everyday care
Routine cleanings, exams, and preventive care to keep your teeth and gums healthy for life — for every member of your family.
About general dentistry
General dentistry is the foundation of a healthy smile. Regular checkups let us catch small issues — a tiny cavity, early gum inflammation — while they're still easy and inexpensive to treat, long before they turn into something painful.
At BrightPoint, your routine visit never feels rushed. We take time to explain what we see, answer your questions, and build a simple plan that fits your life. No lectures, no surprises — just calm, honest care.

Frequently asked questions
How often should I come in for a checkup?
For most patients, every six months keeps things on track. If you're prone to gum issues or cavities, we may suggest more frequent visits — we'll recommend what's right for you, not a one-size-fits-all schedule.
Does insurance cover cleanings and exams?
Most dental plans cover two preventive visits per year at or near 100%. We're in-network with major insurers and will verify your benefits before your visit so there are no surprises.
Will the cleaning hurt?
It shouldn't. Most patients find cleanings completely comfortable. If your teeth are sensitive, let us know — we'll go gently and can numb the area if needed.
How long does a typical visit take?
A routine cleaning and exam usually takes about 45 to 60 minutes. Your first visit may run a little longer so we can complete a full set of records.
What happens if you find a cavity?
We'll show you exactly what we see, explain your options, and give you a clear cost estimate. Nothing gets done without your okay — small fillings can often be handled the same day.
