Frequently asked questions

What counts as a dental emergency?

Severe or persistent tooth pain, swelling, a knocked-out or badly broken tooth, a lost filling or crown, or any bleeding that won't stop. When in doubt, call — we'll help you decide what to do.

My tooth got knocked out — what do I do right now?

Pick it up by the crown (not the root), gently rinse it, and try to place it back in the socket. If you can't, keep it in milk or saliva and call us immediately. Acting within the hour gives the best chance of saving it.

Can I really be seen the same day?

In most cases, yes. We reserve time daily for emergencies. Call us first thing and we'll do everything we can to get you in today.

How much does an emergency visit cost?

We keep emergency pricing transparent and will explain costs before treating. Most insurance plans cover emergency exams and many treatments, and we offer financing if needed.

What if it happens after hours?

Call our number and follow the prompts for urgent care guidance. For severe swelling affecting breathing or swallowing, or trauma, go to the nearest ER — then follow up with us.
